  • When do you offer tours?

Tours are scheduled by appointment only.  We offer tour times Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during regular business hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Tuesday evenings 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm, or Sunday afternoons 2:30pm - 8:30 pm​.  Please call us to schedule your tour time.

  •  How many guests can Grant Hill Farms accommodate?

Our packages are based on up to 200 guests.  We can accommodate up to 400 guests for an indoor/outdoor reception.  Renting additional chairs for ceremony will be necessary with more than 225 guests in attendance.

  • Are we required to use certain vendors at Grant Hill Farms?

You may bring in any outside vendors of your choice with no penalty fee, however, we do have a lengthy list of amazing preferred vendors in each category.

  • Are there areas for the bride and groom to change/get ready in?

Yes!  There is a bridal suite as well as a groom's room for them to get ready in.  Access begins at 9:00 am the day of the wedding.

  • Do you have an inclement weather plan?

Yes! We have two outdoor ceremony locations.  One is in an open field.  The other is under a 4,000 sq ft covered pavilion.  We can also accommodate an indoor ceremony.

  • Is the reception space climate controlled?

Yes!  We do have both heat and air conditioning
