​​ Special Event Rental Package Includes

 

  • 6 hours (you choose your time) on the day of your event

  • Guest tables and chairs/set up

  • 14 8' wooden farm tables

  • 48" and 60" round tables if needed

  • Choice of white or black floor length linens for round tables

  • Choice of white, tan, or gray overlays for round tables

  • Multiple options for additional tables needed

  • 2 bars

  • Ice machine

  • Prep kitchen for caterer

  • Use of any of our décor - click here to view our décor inventory

  • One planning meeting to help determine layout/day of event details

  • ALL clean up (you are only responsible for removing your own personal items)

  • 1 Grant Hill Farms team member onsite during your event

  • Glass Dinnerware Package: white porcelain dinner plates, silverware, water goblets (includes extra staff to set tables, bus tables, and wash dishes)
